Terry Coleman of Muscle Shoals, Ala., brought the Gold Strike Winter Poker Classic to a close by capturing the $1K main event title in Tunica.
The Gold Strike series is new on the tournament circuit as it has 21 events ranging from $100 to $1K for the championship event.
Also at the main event final table was Al Theriac, who is one of the hottest players in the Tunica area and had just won Ante Up’s Magnolia Classic at the Horseshoe in Tunica.
