Jerry Flannigan, who lives in Concord, N.C., captured the $340 no-limit hold’em tournament event at the World Series of Poker circuit stop in Las Vegas.
The tournament attracted 232 players, which created a prize pool of $67,512. The top 27 players collected money as Flannigan pocketed $16,372.
