Gov. Charlie Crist and Senate President Jeff Atwater have called for a special session of the Florida Legislature in December to discuss funding for rail systems in the state.
Crist also is urging Atwater to include the Seminole Gaming Compact to the agenda, but Atwater has been noncommital on that and, based on the public reaction to the compact, it’s unlikely that even if it is added to the agenda that an agreement will be reached to eliminate poker limits in the Florida.
