Florida Gaming Corp., which runs poker rooms at Miami Jai-Alai and Ft. Pierce Jai-Alai, has agreed to a $16.7 million land swap with Miami-Dade County, the South Florida Business Journal reports.
The deal, if completed, would give Miami jai-Alai more than 11 additional acres and air rights over N.W. 37th Avenue, presumably to be used for renovations to include slot machines.
