Seminole Immokalee announces two tournaments

Seminole Casino Immokalee has announced two upcoming tournaments.

At 7 p.m. on  Aug. 30, the Holiday Saturday Hold’em Tournament will cost $100+10 (plus a $5 dealer appreciation fee). The tournament is limited to 100 players, with alternates allowed in through Level 3. Top 10 percent of field will be paid. Players start with 7,000 in units and the tournament will use a World Series of Poker tournament structure with 20-minute levels.

Players in live games can register from 3-6 p.m. the day of the event, with general registration beginning at 6 p.m.

Also, the $50K Bad Beat Freeroll Poker Tournament will be Nov. 9-11, with the finals on Nov. 13. Top 60 players will win money. To get an entry, you must win one of the weekly tournaments, or have aces cracked or flush or a better hand beaten, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily in raked games. From 2 p.m. to 10 a.m., any full house or better beaten wins an entry.

One entry per player, but if you qualify again, you’ll get an extra 500 in freeroll chips up to a maximum of 3,000.
