The <a href="http://www.beacononlinenews.com/news/daily/1789">West Volusia Beacon</a> has reported that the developers of the failed DeBary Downs quarterhorse and poker room project have settled lawsuits with the city of DeBary by paying $15,000.
But deeper in the story, the developers say the reason they settled was that they have found a new location in Central Florida for their project. The location is not in Volusia County, they say.
