Jim Freer, writing on <a href="http://www.bloodhorse.com/horse-racing/articles/49738/hialeah-okd-for-quarter-horse-racing?id=49738">BloodHorse.Com</a>, says Hialeah Park plans to open a 20-table poker room with 25 dominoes tables.
The poker room would require approval from the Hialeah City Commission. The track this week received approval from the state to begin quarter horse racing by this time next year.
