Nineteen former Palm Beach Kennel Club poker dealers and one current one have sued the club for sharing some of their tips with floor supervisors from 2004 to 2007, the Palm Beach Post reports.
The dealers say floor supervisors should not be considered tippable employees, and thus, the dealers are due back wages up to the minimum wage level. Attorneys for the Kennel Club said everything was proper.
The case is expected to go to trial in March.
