From Aug. 29 to Sept. 1, the Seminole Hard Rock Tampa will run its $750,000 Labor Day Extravaganza.
The $1,000+$100 buy-in event has a guaranteed top prize of $100,000, with a $750,000 total prize pool (and $200,000 for the winner) if all 750 seats sell out. Levels are 1 hour, and players start with 10,000 in chips. Top 75 players win cash with a sell out.
First rounds start with 250 players max at 10 a.m. on Aug. 29, Aug. 30 and Aug. 31, and play down to 25 players. The final 75 players meet back at noon on Sept. 1.
Super satellites ($100, with $25 rebuys for first hour and $100 add-on) are held every Friday at 4 p.m. and Sunday at 1 p.m., and pay one entry for every $1,100 in prize money. Starting chips are 2500, with 100 for rebuys and 5000 for the add-on. Winners of all multi-table tournaments get a free super satellite entry.
Single-table satellites are running 24/7. Buy-ins are $130 (first place gets a seat, second place gets another SNG entry) and $230 (first and second place get seats). Starting chips are 1,500, with 10-hand levels.
