The Red Rock/Ante Up Magazine Poker Challenge got started Monday, fully contained in the former Cherry nightclub at Red Rock Casino Resort Spa in Las Vegas, Nev.
Cherry offers an upscale feel to the event, with 14 tables spread throughout the club, which is adjacent to a private pool area and features enhanced lighting for the Ante Up Poker Tour event.
Events #1, #2 and #3 took place on Monday. Reynaldo Magayon was a two-time casher on the first day, taking fourth in Event #2 and then immediately registering for, and finishing fifth in, Event #3. Ante Up publisher Scott Long finished fifth in Event #2.
