Don’t sell yourself short; your vote counts. Yes, it’s a pivotal election year, and what happens in November could easily reshape the poker landscape forever. But we’re not talking politics. Ante Up has no interest in endorsing candidates. We are, however, interested in your opinion.
Each year we ask our readers to tell us what they think are the finest attributes in the poker world, such as favorite poker personality or hottest poker destination. This year is no different. In this issue, we are proud to announce the nominees for the 2012 Antes, our awards dedicated to poker excellence.
The categories may change from year to year (we’ve added best poker tweeter this year, among others), but what hasn’t changed is the importance of the Antes, so don’t let the fun-spirited nature of these awards fool you. This is your chance to be heard, to tell the poker community what you think, and believe us when we say poker managers and decision-makers pay close attention to these results.
