The Kentucky Supreme Court has ruled 6-0 that the owners of online poker sites must appear before it in a case challenging the state’s right to block the domains of more than 100 online poker sites.

The sites have been represented by two umbrella organizations. A lawyer for one of the those organizations told the Lexington Herald-Leader that it believes the sites will comply with the order and that the request shows promise that the court wants to fully investigate the issue.
