Harrah’s Cherokee in North Carolina is waiting to see whether the video poker industry appeals a ruling allowing gambling only at Cherokee before engaging the governor in talks to allow table games.
The tribe will start the talks if the decision isn’t appealed, the Asheville Citizen-Times reports.
