Florida Division of Pari-Mutuel Wagering chief Milton Champion has issued an emergency order, suspending the poker license for Jefferson County Kennel Club in Monticello.
The order indicates that four inspections over the past year have indicated surveillance problems on tables, in the cage and in the count room that have not been resolved to the division’s satisfaction.
The poker room can request another inspection after the issues have been resolved in order to get the suspension lifted.
