SunCruz Port Canaveral and two other ships in the fleet that don’t offer poker have ceased operations, pending a possible acquisition from the company that has been contracted to manage them since November 2008.
Nevada Gold & Casinos Inc. is in discussions with Oceans Casino Cruises Inc. about purchasing possible assets, according to a <a href="http://money.cnn.com/news/newsfeeds/articles/globenewswire/180645.htm">press release</a>. Nevada Gold, however, says there is no assurance that the discussions will result in any sale or include all of the company’s assets.
