Pipers Pet Sitting Service is hosting Poker 4 Paws, a charity poker tournament in conjunction with the Wishbones For Pets drive to benefit CARES (Community Animal Rescue & Educational Shelter). The tournament will take place at the Holiday Inn, Tarpon Room located at 38724 U.S. Hwy. 19 North in Tarpon Springs on Nov 7 at 4 p.m.. Registration sign-in begins at 3.
Your tax deductible donation of $25 before Nov. 1 will get you 5,000 chips, a free soda and one raffle ticket; $30 for 5,500/free soda/3 tickets. From Nov. 2 through the day of the event, a $35 donation gets you 5,000 chips/free soda/one raffle ticket.
For each wish list item you bring to the tournament you’ll be awarded an extra 100 chips with a maximum of five items. Prizes will be awarded to the final table of eight players. Prizes include T-shirts, gift certificates and more. Every registered player will receive a free soda when signing in.
