Is there anyone hotter than Jason Mercier on the poker circuit today? The young man from Davie, who was the subject of Ante Up’s cover story in December 2008, has won his first World Series of Poker bracelet on Wednesday. The victory came in Event No. 5, a $1,500 pot-limit Omaha event that earned him $237K. We will have a full report of Florida cashers here in our July issue.
