Here are the June promotions for the poker rooms in Jacksonville:
<strong>St. Johns Greyhound Park</strong>
• Super Stack Summer Series will be every Tuesday and Saturday afternoon. Tuesday’s events start at 1 and Saturday starts at 2. This will be a max of 70 players with a $70 buy-in ($50+$15+$5) and 6K chips. Any player who finishes in the top 15 of these events will receive points for “Player of the Month.” The extra $5 collected from every buy-in will be awarded to the top-five point-earners for the month.
• Super Stack Summer Series Main Event will be June 27 at 2 p.m. with 10K chips, a max 150 players and will be a $350 buy-in. Satellites will be available the week prior. This will be a points event as well.
• Pot-Limit Omaha tournament, June 6 at 6:30, 3K chips, $65 buy-in.
• Ladies Only, June 20 at 7, 3K chips, $65. (Special guest Tony Foxx from WQIK)
• Super High Hand continues every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday hourly from noon–3. $100 to the highest hand and $25 to everyone sitting at THAT table.
• $250 Royal Flushes: All day and $500 if in spades (unless another promotion is running). Player must use at least one hole card.
<strong>Orange Park Kennel Club</strong>
• Super Stack Summer Series will be every Monday and Thursday afternoon. Events start at 2 p.m. This will be a max of 70 players with a $70 buy-in ($50+$15+$5) and 6K chips. • 1010XL Summer Slam is June 11 at 7 with a $110 buy-in and a max of 110 players. 1010XL personalities will have a $110 bounty on each of them. There will be a live broadcast all day in the poker room, including The Poker Room Show at a special time, 6-7 p.m.
• Rock 105’s “The Greaseman” will host his monthly tournament June 20 at 8 ($65). There will be a $105 bounty on the Greaseman’s head.
• Super High Hand continues every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday hourly noon–3. It pays $100 to the highest hand and $25 to everyone sitting at THAT table.
