Nick Sortal of the South Florida Sun-Sentinel’s <a href="http://blogs.trb.com/entertainment/news/gambling/blog/2009/04/get_ready_for_slots_and_poker.html">Action blog</a> has posted that Calder Race Course in Miami has announced that it will open its poker room in November. That’s roughly about the same time Flagler Dog Track will open its renovated casino, with slot machines and updated poker room. Calder aims to have its slot machines ready by January, Sortal writes.
