The Lost Angels Animal Rescue plans a charity poker tournament at <a href="http://tampabaydowns.com/PokerTheSilks.aspx">The SIlks at Tampa Bay Downs</a> at 3 p.m. on Feb. 28. Check-in begins at 2 p.m.
Buy-in is $100, with unlimited $20 rebuys. Cash prizes, raffles and a silent auction also will be held.
