The City of DeBary will hold its Nov. 21 postponed zoning hearing Dec. 13 for the DeBary Downs gambling facility. The meeting will be 9 a.m. and city officials expect around 500 to attend at River City Nature Park, 200 Barwick Road. The city will provide tents, folding chairs and portable toilets.
