The Silks poker room at <a href="http://tampabaydowns.com/PokerTheSilks.aspx">Tampa Bay Downs</a> has announced a slew of new promotions:
<strong>HALLOWEEN TOURNAMENT SATELLITES:</strong> Super satellites for the Nov. 1 Halloween tournament are slated for Oct. 22 and Oct. 29 at 7 p.m. Buy-in is $80; one in six entries wins a seat and $60. Single-table satellites run all day, every day for $85. Top two players win a seat and $20. Also, one seat to the main tournament will be given away each hour from 2-11 p.m. October 19-28.
<strong>FOOTBALL SPECIALS:</strong> All day Sunday from 8 p.m. to close on Mondays, draft beer is $1, hot dogs are $2 and hamburgers are $4. Prizes, including jerseys and cash, will be given away.
<strong>NO-LIMIT:</strong> The room is now spreading a 50-cent/$1 no-limit game with a $20 minimum buy-in.
<strong>PLINKO:</strong> Starting in November, players can win Plinko pucks on Tuesdays and Fridays, which will be dropped on the Plinko board for prizes.
<strong>CHILDREN’S DREAM FUND CHARITY TOURNAMENT: </strong>A $60 buy-in event is at 5 p.m. Nov. 8. Starting chips are 1K, with $10 rebuys getting an additional 1K in chips and a $20 add-on getting 2K in chips.
<strong>$599: </strong>On Nov. 29, $599 will be given away every half hour.
<strong>TURKEY DINNER:</strong> Players in the 7 p.m. tournament on Nov. 26 will get dinner.
<strong>FREEROLL: </strong>A freeroll will be at 4 p.m. Nov. 28. Play during the month of November to earn one of the 200 seats.
