It’s Christmas in July at Tampa Bay Downs, which is giving away $599 every half hour on July 12.
Tampa Bay Downs will dish out a barbeque buffet for players at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. on July 4. Giveaways are planned, too.
Jerry Yang, winner of the 2007 World Series of Poker Main Event, will be at Palm Beach Kennel Club on Aug. 23-24 for a seminar and charity poker tournament. The appearance precedes the Palm Beach Poker Classic, which is six tournaments over six days starting Aug. 26.
