The Peppermill has long been home to the biggest games in town. With the addition of a new high-limit room, the property is taking Reno poker to the next level.

The private high-limit area is in the back of the poker room and features six tables with automatic shufflers. The walls are lined with 10 plasma TVs and a glass enclosure with two sets of double doors makes for a comfortable and professional atmos-phere. The new room comes complete with a high-limit host, Jimmy Horikawa. With his experience in the high-limit arena, he ensures players will enjoy luxurious playing experience, including complimentary buffet-style dining.

The most commonly spread games are a $30-$60 limit and $5-$10 no-limit hold’em. Occasionally a $10-$25 or a $100-$100 NLHE game runs, plus a $10-$20 Omaha weekly game is in the rotation.

Peppermill has managed to deliver a higher tier of games that weren’t previously available. The bigger games are drawing new players to the area and making Reno one of the top destinations to play high-limit poker.
