Landry’s Inc., the parent company of the Golden Nugget chain of hotel-casinos, has announced it plans to close on its purchase of the Isle Biloxi within four to six months and immediately start a top-down renovation of the property.
A press release announcing the purchase included the Isle’s poker room in the planned renovations, and also mentioned the Golden Nugget’s past association with poker on TV and that it plans to "bring this same type of energy and notoriety to the Biloxi property."
