This week Elle and I talk about what’s going on in Vegas while I’m out here, from chasing down my Uber to visiting the Fontainebleau and covering all the poker action in-between. Elliott rules on a situation where a player checks then says “I fold, you win.” then shows his cards. Much to everyone’s surprise, they turn out to be the winner. Is the “I fold” comment binding in this situation? Patrick and I break down a hand that I almost fold then end up playing. Maybe I should have just let it go. I wrap up the show by making an argument for teaching kid to play poker.
