Ron DeChance and Gregory Wong were separated by just one big blind when heads-up play was about to start, but the two worked out a deal giving DeChance an extra $337 in the otherwise even chop to end Ante Up Worlds Event #2 ($500 Ante Up NorCal Classic) at Thunder Valley Casino Resort in Lincoln, Calif.
DeChance took home $30,000, while Wong walked away with $29,325 in the 390-entry event that far exceeded the $100,000 guarantee with a prize pool of $169,650.
The Ante Up Worlds run through July 17.
