The $90M land-based Caesars Southern Indiana will open Dec. 12, replacing the Horseshoe Southern Indiana riverboat. The 16-table poker room has the state’s longest running $30-$60 stud game on Fridays.
There’s a $90 tournament with a $1K guarantee on Mondays at 7 p.m. Also, deepstack events run on the second and last Saturday of the month at noon for $220.
BLUE CHIP: The poker room has joined Bravo Live and recently added a deepstack on Sundays at 1:15 for $90.
HOLLYWOOD AURORA: The $50K guarantee HCA Classic will be April 25 for . $400 or win a seat at a weekly qualifier. Saturday qualifiers run through April 18. Call poker room for details. As for promotions, the bad-beat jackpot (quad fives) was $102K at press time.
MAJESTIC STAR: Jason Trezak won the monthly $10K guarantee in November for $7,552. The prize pool was $26K with 125 entries.
