Mike Cordell won the World Series of Poker Circuit Main Event at Horseshoe Casino in Baltimore for $148,171. Popular pro Alex Queen finished second ($91,562).
The 10-day Emerald Coast Spring Classic at Ebro Greyhound Park in North Florida ended April 30 as the $280 main event drew 295 players and
Talking Stick Resort recently concluded its Getaway Classic Weekend, which ran April 21-23. The first event had 263 players with a prize pool of $44,710.
Poker pro Shawn Busse took down the largest main event in Ocean’s 11 Casino history, outlasting more than 900 players in San Diego for $48,910.
