William Phillips has won Event #2 of the Pearl River Poker Open, an Ante Up Poker Tour series at Pearl River Resort in Choctaw, Miss.
Phillips of New Orleans earned $29,51 for the win in the $160 buy-in no-limit hold’em event, which drew 70 entries.
