Jim D’Orso of Roseville, Calif., has won Event #7 ($125 No-Limit Hold’em) of the Ante Up World Championship at the Hard Rock Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic.
A three-way deal ended Event #6 of the Ante Up World Championship, a $350 buy-in No-Limit Hold’em Deepstack event.
Isaac Giiona of Barcelona, Spain, was the chipleader when a four-way deal was reached to end Ante Up World Championship Event #5.
Canterbury Park Racetrack and Card Casino in Shakopee, Minn., will establish the Minnesota Poker Hall of Fame to honor Minnesota poker players and those that have played a key role in the development of poker in the state.
