The return of the NBC National Heads-Up Poker Championship on television has been pushed back a week from its original air date, Poker PROductions’ Mori Eskandani confirmed to PokerNews on Thursday. The debut of the 2013 event will air on the NBC Sports Network on March 21 from 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. ET. The original airing was set for tonight at 9 p.m. ET.
NBC and the NBC Sports Network will air six two-hour episodes between March 21 and April 20. Here’s a look at the updated schedule:

After a one-year hiatus, the NBC Heads-Up Poker Championship returned to Caesars Palace Las Vegas in January, showcasing 64 of the top players in the world playing for a $750,000 top prize. Among the players taking part in the action were Antonio Esfandiari, Phil Hellmuth, Doyle Brunson, Tom Dwan, Viktor Blom, Phil Ivey, Mike Matusow and Jason Mercier.
