Table games on the ballot in Maryland



On Nov. 6, Marylanders will have a chance to vote on Question 7, a ballot initiative that would create a new resort casino in Prince George’s County, and add table games such as poker, blackjack and roulette to all Maryland casinos. For more information on how to be involved, visit

DOVER DOWNS: On Nov. 9, Ante Up co-publisher Scott Long will play the 7 p.m. tournament at the Dover Downs Hotel & Casino’s Royal Crown Poker Room. There will be Blue Shark Optics as a bounty for knocking Long from the tournament.

CHARITY GAMES: The La Plata (Md.) VFD hosts a no-limit hold’em charity tournament Nov. 24 at 7 p.m. The $125 buy-in gets you 5K chips with no add-ons or rebuys.
