Dover Downs Hotel & Casino is hosting six upcoming tournaments (five this month), and each will have $500 added to the prize pool and have a buy-in of $60 with a 6,500 stack. The tournaments will be held July 17, 19, 24, 26, 31 and Aug. 2 in the Crown Royal Poker Room.
The second anniversary of the Crown Royal Poker Room will be celebrated with a $25,000 guaranteed prize pool tournament July 13. The tournament will begin at 7 p.m. with a buy-in of $250 for a 15K stack. Seating is limited so early registration is encouraged.
On July 27, a $10K guarantee tournament will be held for $150 with a 15K stack.
A Vienna, Va., woman on June 24 won an Ante Up Poker Cruise package for two in the Crown Royal Poker Room. Additional cruise packages will be raffled off on July 29, Aug. 26, Sept. 30 and Oct. 14.
