Floridian turns poker league win into real money in Lake Tahoe

Paul Kiang of Orlando finished 24th out of 250 players in the first event of the World Series of Poker Circuit event ($340, no-limit hold’em) at Harvey’s in Lake Tahoe on Nov. 5, winning $691. Kiang was sponsored by Orlando Hold’em after winning the league’s first quarter 2009 tournament in April.
